Consultation & deposit
We talk through the car you want and your budget. A £300 deposit starts the search and covers sourcing time, valuation and auction preparation. Our terms explain when it can be refunded.
Vehicle specification & cost breakdown
You receive images, auction reports, condition assessment, and a transparent breakdown of fees, repairs, and estimated final cost.
Auction bidding
We bid within the budget you approve. Under auction rules a winning bid can't be rejected. If it is, the deposit is lost and the auction's penalty charge has to be paid.
Payment & collection
Full payment is due within 48 hours of a winning bid, so we can collect the car inside the auction's window. Late collection costs £25 a day.
Repairs & restoration
If the car needs work, we manage parts, mechanical and body repairs, diagnostics and detailing. This is our white-glove service, and the fee is £500 instead of £300.
Paperwork & delivery
V5/logbook, insurance, road tax, plates—and home delivery or collection from our workshop partners.
